All quoted rates are in US Dollars. Rates include your cruise and port charges. Government taxes are additional at $263.83 per person. Rates are based on occupancy, are subject to change, and are based on availability. Singles must pay a single supplement rate (200%). Taxes & port charges are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge if the cost of fuel increases.
Crafters add $100 for the Participant Fee. Non-crafting roommates do not have to pay this fee. In order to participate in this conference, you MUST book through Cruise & Crop. If you book direct or with another agent, you are not eligible to be part of the 5C: Canada to California cruise.

We cannot accept any checks drawn on a Canadian Bank. Credit Cards are preferred. International Money Orders are accepted.
All payments must be made in US Dollars.
Rates are good through May 18, 2017 (or while inventory lasts). After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by
June 23, 2017. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.
There are three dining times on a cruise ship: Early, Late or Select dining. The Group leader is giving you the option to choose which dining you'd like - but she recommends Early Dining so that you can attend evening make & takes. If you wish to choose a different dining time, please keep in mind that you might miss out on some of the scheduled crafting activities. If you choose Select dining, then pre-paid gratuities of $94.50* per person are required by the cruise line and will be added to your invoice.
Explanation of dining times:
Early dining is at 6:00 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night. **Recommended for this Group**
Late Dining is at 8:30 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night.
Select Dining - eat anytime between about 5:45 PM - 9:00 PM. You will have different table mates and a different waiter each night. You can make reservations both prior to the cruise and on the cruise. With Select dining, you must pre-pay your gratuities of $94.50* per person (due with your final payment).
*Aqua Class & Concierge Balcony $98 pp; Suites $119 pp.
Passports US Citizens Passports are required for this trip. If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew. Your passport should be valid 6 months after the conclusion of your trip.
Non-US Citizens If you are not a US Citizen, then you are REQUIRED to have a passport.

Your insurance rate will default to the Classic Plan. If you want to purchase the Cancel for Any Reason plan, please make a note in the notes section at the bottom of the registration form.
If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. Prior to final payment, your refund will be fully deposited minus the administration fee. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure if you cancel after final payment.
