Book your own air and arrive on 3/7/12. Call Cruise & Crop for current rates on 1-night pre-hotel options through Royal Caribbean. These rates would also include your transfer to the pier (but you’d have to get your own transfer from the airport to the hotel the night before). Hotel stays must be booked before December 14, 2011. After this deadline, hotel packages may not be available. You’d also need to purchase a one-way transfer from the pier to the airport for after the cruise. This is $20.50 pp. Hotel rates vary based on how many people are in the room. Rates are subject to change. |

Book your own air and arrive on 3/8/12. If you book your own flights, flights must arrive at the Tampa airport no later than 1:00 p.m. on 3/8/12 and leave no earlier than 11:30 a.m. on 3/12/12. Round-trip transfers can be purchased for $41 pp. NOTE: You CANNOT book your own air & hotel (to arrive on 3/7/12) and still purchase Royal Caribbean transfers. If you do everything on your own, you’ll have to find your own transportation to and from the pier. The airport is approx. 20 miles from the pier. AIR TRAVEL - U.S. Citizens
All U.S. citizens including children must present a passport or other approved travel document when entering the United States by air. U.S. citizens can present a passport, NEXUS card at airports with NEXUS kiosks, U.S. military ID with travel orders, or a U.S. Merchant Mariner Document when on official business.
LAND AND SEA TRAVEL

- U.S. citizens entering the United States at sea or land ports of entry are required to have documents that comply with the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI), most commonly a U.S. passport, a passport card, a trusted traveler card such as NEXUS, SENTRI or FAST, or an enhanced driver's license. Shore excursions are available to be booked. You can go to Royal Caribbean's Website and click "Before you Board". Excursions can be reserved online up to 4 days before your sail date (March 3, 2012). Classes will be held on the days at sea and in the evenings. Therefore, classes will not interfere with any shore excursions you may want to participate in.

The actual classes will be kept a secret. But we can tell you that we are working hard to design special projects for you. They will be fabulous - you are in for a real treat!
All scrapbooking classes/crops will take place in the Conference Center located on deck 5, mid-ship.
For your convenience, Travel Companion Insurance has been included in your confirmation. There are separate totals on your invoice: with and without insurance. Should you choose to decline the insurance, please pay the amount shown in the line item marked "Balance due without insurance."
