Just the Basics
Flights must come into Seattle-Tacoma International (airport code: SEA)
Transfers are $25 pp each way ($50 round-trip)
Option #1 |
Book NCL's airfare (includes your transfers and in some cases, an overnight stay). Their airfare rates include your transfer from the airport to the pier the day of the cruise and your transfer from the pier to the airport after the cruise (a $50 pp value). If NCL cannot get you a flight to arrive in time on 6/3/12, the quoted rate will also include an overnight stay in Seattle on 6/2/12. If you do have an overnight, you will also be provided with a transfer from the airport to the hotel. By booking their air, you won’t have to worry about a thing!

Book your own air and arrive on 6/2/12. Call Cruise & Crop for current rates on 1-night pre-hotel options through NCL. These rates would also include your transfer to the pier (but you’d have to get your own transfer from the airport to the hotel the night before). Hotel stays must be booked before March 9, 2012. After this deadline, hotel packages may not be available. You’d also need to purchase a one-way transfer from the pier to the airport for after the cruise. This is $25 pp. Hotel rates vary based on how many people are in the room. Rates are subject to change and are based on availability. |

Book your own air and arrive on 6/3/12. If you book your own flights, flights must arrive at the Seattle airport no later than 12:30 p.m. on 6/3/12 and leave no earlier than 12:30 p.m. on 6/10/12. Round-trip transfers can be purchased for $50 pp. NOTE: You CANNOT book your own air & hotel (to arrive on 6/2/12) and still purchase NCL transfers. If you do everything on your own, you’ll have to find your own transportation to and from the pier. The airport is approx. 30 miles from the pier. AIR TRAVEL - U.S. Citizens
All U.S. citizens including children must present a passport or other approved travel document when entering the United States by air. U.S. citizens can present a passport, NEXUS card at airports with NEXUS kiosks, U.S. military ID with travel orders, or a U.S. Merchant Mariner Document when on official business.
LAND AND SEA TRAVEL

- U.S. citizens entering the United States at sea or land ports of entry are required to have documents that comply with the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI), most commonly a U.S. passport, a passport card, a trusted traveler card such as NEXUS, SENTRI or FAST, or an enhanced driver's license. Shore excursions will be available to be booked by January 2012. You can go to NCL's Website and click "Get Ready for your Cruise". Excursions can be reserved online up to 4 days before your sail date (May 30, 2012). Classes will be held on the days at sea and in the evenings. Therefore, classes will not interfere with any shore excursions you may want to participate in.

The initial Meet & Greet will take place after dinner on Sunday night. More details to come. Schedule is subject to change.
All scrapbooking classes/crops will take place in the Conference Center located on deck 6, forward.

For the Open Studio times, please bring your own paper/photos/accessories/tools that you'll need to complete your own cards/pages. Please also bring your own supply of wet-wipes to clean your hands and your workspace.
