Triple occupancy cabins are also available in categories AA, AAA, LS & OS. Please call for rates. There are no QUAD occupancy cabins on the ship. There are two sets of connecting staterooms. Single occupancy inside (SI) and balcony (SO) staterooms may also be available. Call for availability.
 

All quoted rates are in US Dollars. Port charges are additional at $189 per person. Rates are based on occupancy, are subject to change, and are based on availability. Singles must pay a single supplement rate (200%). Taxes & port charges are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge if the cost of fuel increases.

Crafters add $249 for the Participant Fee. Non-crafting roommates do not have to pay this fee. In order to participate in this conference, you MUST book through Cruise & Crop. If you book direct or with another agent, you are not eligible to be part of the Quick Quotes Scrapbook Company cruise.

Deposit per person:  $500
We cannot accept any checks drawn on a Canadian Bank. Credit Cards are preferred. International Money Orders are accepted. All payments must be made in US Dollars.

Rates are good while inventory lasts and are subject to availability at all times.  Rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by January 3, 2019. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.

There are two dining times on the American Queen: Early & Late. The Group leader has chosen 5:15 p.m. dining for the group. If you wish to choose late dining, please keep in mind that you might miss out on some of the scheduled crafting activities. Dining availability is limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Explanation of dining times:

  1. Early dining is at 5:15 PM **Preferred for this Group**
  2. Late Dining is at 8:00 PM
 
Passports
US Citizens
Cruise & Crop/Dream Vacations highly recommends traveling with a passport! If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew. Your passport should be valid 6 months after the conclusion of your trip.

If you choose to travel without a passport, then the following is required:

  • Government issued photo ID (Drivers License)
  • Certified birth certificate (with a raised seal)
  • Bridging document to show a name change if the name on your ID does not match your birth certificate (such as a marriage license or divorce certificate).

Non-US Citizens
If you are not a US Citizen, then you are REQUIRED to have a passport.

Cancellation Policy

If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to a Cruise & Crop administrative fee of $35 per person. You are also subject to a $250 pp American Queen Steamboat Company administrative fee.
