You will need to bring your own Embroidery Machine onboard. Or you can rent one for $200. You will also need to bring your own cutting supplies.
Cabin options: 1st & 2nd Passengers:

Rates include your cruise and port charges. Government taxes are additional at $100.02 per person. Rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change, and are based on availability. Taxes are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge if the cost of fuel increases.
Participants add $251 for the Conference Fee. Non-participating friends and family members will not have to pay the conference fee. Space is limited. Fabric kits are additional - price to be determined.
Deposit per cabin: $500
Rates are good through September 8, 2011(or while inventory lasts). After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by December 9, 2011. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.
Cancellation Policy:
If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.

Dining:
Traditional First dining at 6:00 p.m. and Second dining at 8:15 p.m. are available. Also available is MY TIME DINING. This means you can eat anytime between 5:45 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. The group leader is giving you the option to choose your dining time. Please indicate below which dining your cabin would like to select. By choosing Second dining, you may miss out on some of the crafting activities after dinner.
Passports:
Passports are recommended for this cruise. If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew. You can travel with a certified birth certificate plus a government issued photo ID. However, if you miss the ship while in Mexico, you cannot fly back to the U.S. without a Passport. For this reason, Cruise & Crop/CruiseOne recommends traveling with a passport! Passports should be not expire for over 6 months after your trip concludes.
