Please fill out this information for Jennifer and April by September 23, 2018.

We are having a meet and greet Saturday, October 13 at 8:00 pm at the Four Points by Sheraton Galveston for crafters and their families.  There is a cash bar at the hotel.  Please RSVP for the meet & greet through the link above.

We have a group rate for anyone who would like to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton - Click Here to reserve your room now.  It's $179! Includes breakfast! Normally it's $209 with no breakfast.

For the crafting portion: We plan to order and ship some supplies directly to you the first week of September.  You will need to bring them all on the cruise for your projects.  So, if you use them before we go, you may not have what you need to make your 6 classes.  You will receive more stuff for the classes on the cruise.  As for packing for cropping on your own, you can bring whatever you want (except a heat tool/things that create heat, power strips, blades over 4"), and I recommend bringing your stuff in a rolling suitcase.  It will be easiest to get on the ship.  Really think about what you will work on so you don't bring too much.  April and I will bring limited supplies for you to use: some stamp sets (bring your clean blocks), ink pads, punches, big shots, dies, etc.  We are not allowed to cash and carry cardstock/etc, so only adhesive will be for sale. You can also partner with your friends to share supplies.

You will be cutting your own designer paper and ribbon on the cruise for your class projects.  We plan to send the project directions to you via email before the cruise. For the classes you will need: scissors (blade under 4"), paper trimmer, adhesive (tape runner), bone folder, paper piercing tool.  If you have, we also recommend:  Stampin' Pierce Mat (foam mat) and Silicone Craft Sheet.

If you need to order anything additional we can place an order for you to ship to you by September 30 (takes 5-7 business days to arrive).  We can order a little later to ship to us and we bring to you on the ship.  If you'd like a list of stamp sets/tools (dies/punches) we are using in classes, please ask us September 14 or after.

Card Swap: We have an optional card swap!  The number of swaps you make depends on the number of people who participate.  The maximum you will have to make is 15.  The number will depend on how many people participate.  If we have over 15 swappers you will not receive back one of everyone's - we'll swap them out so that you get back 15 different cards (could include one of your own).  The swap deadline to RSVP is September 23.  September 24 we'll email out the final count.  You can choose to make your cards before cruise or on cruise.  Please make full cards (minimum 4 1/4 x 5 1/2).  You do NOT have to provide envelopes.

Schedule for the cruise:

We will have a crafter meet & greet Monday, October 15 in the crop room at 10:00 am.  There will be daily prizes and surprises, too!!

Crop room will open on October 14 once we are able to set everything up - this could be up to 5:00 pm.  We'll put an open sign on the door when we're ready.  Also, we'll post on the Facebook Event when we are ready.  Thanks!  As a reminder, classes are self paced.  Everything will be set up and you can complete your projects at your leisure.  April and I will be in and out of the crop room throughout the cruise to assist when needed.

We will meet for a photo on Saturday, October 20 in the conference room at 9:30 am.  Please wear your cruise shirt and bring your family!
