1st & 2nd Passengers:
Inside cabin, Category N, decks 3 & 4: $469 pp
Inside cabin, Category K, decks 2-4, 7-9: $499
Oceanview cabin, Category H, deck 3: $509 pp
Balcony cabin, Category E2, decks 7-10: $669 pp
Larger Balcony cabin, Category D1, decks 9 & 10: $709 pp

Other categories/decks, including suites, are available at prevailing rates

3rd & 4th Passengers: Not all cabin categories will hold a 3rd and/or 4th passenger.

Rates include your cruise and port charges.  Government taxes are additional at $55.38 per person. Rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change, and are based on availability. Port charges & Taxes are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge if the cost of fuel increases.

Stampers add $150 for the Participant Fee. Non-Stamping friends and family members will not have to pay the conference fee. Space is limited to 51 stamper so book early!!

Deposit per cabin:  $200

Rates are good through September 22, 2010 (or while inventory lasts).  After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by November 19, 2010. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.

Cancellation Policy:
If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.

Optional travel insurance is available (Details on Travel Guard travel Insurance: Document of Coverage). Rates are based on total package price and are subject to change.

Dining:
The group will automatically be put in Early dining at 6:00 p.m. If you choose to be in another dining, then you will miss some of the stamping activities after dinner. Other options available include Late dining at 8:30 p.m. or MyTime Dining where you can eat anytime between 5:45 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Passports:
Passports are recommended for this cruise. If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew.
