Offering:
Studio time: Starts after dinner on day one and goes through mid-night on the last evening. The host reserves the right to set up a crop schedule. Hours the studio (crop room) will be opened will be announced at a later date.
Everyone will get their own 4 foot table
Croppers can leave their things in the crop room for the duration of the cruise! No need to waste time cleaning up!

Classes: Classes will be available for an additional fee. Sign-ups for these classes are currently unavailable. Cruise & Crop will notify you when the classes are announced. Payments for the classes will be due with your cruise final payment. All classes will be held during the day on the 2 days at sea. They will not interfere with the ports of call or the evening entertainment.

Rates include your cruise and port charges. Government taxes are additional at $146.08 per person. Rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change, and are based on availability. Taxes are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge if the cost of fuel remains above $70 per barrel - even after your cruise is paid in full.
Scrapbookers add $130 for the Participant Fee. Non-Scrapooking friends and family members will not have to pay the conference fee.
Deposit per cabin: $500 - regardless of how many people are in the cabin.
Rates are good through 9/2/09. After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by
May 26, 2010. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.
Cancellation Policy:
If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.
Optional travel insurance is available (Details on Travel Guard travel Insurance: Document of Coverage).

Dining:
Unless otherwise requested, everyone will be in First Seating Dining. If you request Second Seating Dining, you may miss some of the scrapbooking activities after dinner.
Passports:
Passports will be required for this cruise. If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew.
