Rates include your cruise and port charges. Government taxes are additional at $151.03 per person. Rates are based on double occupancy, are subject to change, and are based on availability. Taxes are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge if the cost of fuel increases.
Scrapbookers add $100 for the Participant Fee.

Rates are good through October 6, 2011 (or while inventory lasts). After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by
March 20, 2012. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.
Cancellation Policy:
If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.
Optional travel insurance is available (Details on Travel Guard travel Insurance: Document of Coverage). Rates are based on the total vacation package.

Dining:
The group leader has chosen "Early dining" at 6:00 p.m. If you select, instead, Second or My Time dining, you may miss some of the scrapbooking activities after dinner. With My Time dining You can eat anytime between 5:45 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Pre-paid gratuities of $81.55 per person will be added to your reservation.
Passports:
Passports will be required for this cruise. If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew.
