Crafters add $200 for the Participant Fee. Non-crafting roommates do not have to pay this fee. In order to participate in this conference, you MUST book through Cruise & Crop. If you book direct or with another agent, you are not eligible to be part of the Cropping on the River - Danube cruise. A $50 non-refundable participant fee deposit is due at the time of booking. This means the balance of your participant fee ($150) will be due with your final payment.

Rates are good until June 2, 2025 (or while inventory lasts). After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by November 21, 2025 for Early Pay in Full offers. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so. If you do not want to take advantage of the Early Pay in Full offers (priced above), then final payment is due by July 7, 2026. Those paying after November 21, 2025 will not have free airfare or a discount included.

Cancellation Policy
If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.

The initial $50 per crafter participation fee deposit that is due with your trip deposit is immediately non-refundable. The full participation fee is non-refundable after the group's final payment date.
