The cruise line reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge if the cost of fuel increases.

Crafters add $200 for the Participant Fee. Non-crafting roommates do not have to pay this fee. In order to participate in this conference, you MUST book through Cruise & Crop. If you book direct or with another agent, you are not eligible to be part of the Cropping on the River cruise. A $50 non-refundable participant fee deposit is due at the time of booking. This means the balance of your participant fee ($150) will be due with your final payment.

We cannot accept any checks drawn on a Canadian Bank. Credit Cards are preferred. International Money Orders are accepted. All payments must be made in US Dollars.

Rates are good until November 1, 2026 (or while inventory lasts).  After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by January 7, 2027. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.

 
Tipping Guidelines

Ship-board gratuities are additional at $151 pp for onboard staff and your Cruise Director. It is customary to tip your Local guides and drivers in addition to this amount. Suggested gratuities are 2 Euro per guest for local guides and 1 Euro per guest for drivers, per excursion (for full day excursion suggested gratuities are 4 Euro for local guides and 2 Euro for drivers). These gratuities are not included in your cruise price or with purchased pre-paid gratuities. These gratuities can only be paid in cash.

Passports
Passports are REQUIRED. If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew. Your passport should be valid 6 months after the conclusion of your trip.

VISAs
A European visa may be required. Details of how to apply will be provided closer to sailing.

Cancellation Policy

If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.

Avalon Waterways Cancellation Policy - Deposits are non-refundable with Avalon Waterways.

LeisureCare Luxury Policy
Luxury Policy - Non-refundable after final payment and, if you are booked with a non-refundable deposit, immediately non-refundable after purchase.

Cruise & Crop Cancellation Policy
The initial $50 per crafter participation fee deposit that is due with your trip deposit is immediately non-refundable. The full participation fee is non-refundable after the group's final payment date.
