Join photographer Krista Kowalczyk and photo organizing expert Mollie Bartelt as they bring decades of experience sorting, saving, and sharing photo memories. This friendly and informative workshop is designed especially for anyone who wants to confidently organize their photo collections - without getting lost in the tech.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Tame your print photo mess with stress-free, proven methods
  • Declutter your digital collection and eliminate duplicate photos
  • Back up and preserve your most treasured images for future generations
  • Use the latest tools and apps to stay ahead of the photo mess

We’ll also take scenic photo walks to sharpen your phone photography skills. Each morning while at port you will learn easy tricks to take better pictures, pose people, and capture meaningful moments with more confidence.

To help you make the most of your time onboard, the experience includes a one-hour pre-cruise Zoom session. Join us live to ask questions or catch the recorded version at your convenience, so you board feeling prepared and excited.

Participants add $149 for the Conference Fee. Non-crafting roommates do not have to pay this fee. In order to participate in this conference, you MUST book through Cruise & Crop. If you book direct or with another agent, you are not eligible to be part of The Great Photo Voyage cruise. A $50 non-refundable participant fee deposit is due at the time of booking. This means the balance of your conference fee ($99) will be due with your final payment.

We cannot accept any checks drawn on a Canadian Bank. Credit Cards are preferred. International Money Orders are accepted. All payments must be made in US Dollars.

Rates are good through October 17, 2025 (or while inventory lasts).  After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by November 7, 2025. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.

 
dining

There are four dining times on a cruise ship: Early, Middle, Late or My Time dining. The Group leader has chosen Early dining for the group. If you wish to choose a different dining time, please keep in mind that you might miss out on some of the scheduled workshops.

Explanation of dining times:

  1. Early Dining is at 5:30 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night. **Preferred for this Group**
  2. Middle Dining is at 8:15 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night.
  3. Late Dining is at 8:30 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night.
  4. My Time Dining - eat anytime between about 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM. You will have different table mates and a different waiter each night. You can make reservations both prior to the cruise and on the cruise.
 
Passports
US Citizens
Cruise & Crop/Dream Vacations highly recommends traveling with a passport! If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew. Your passport should be valid 6 months after the conclusion of your trip.

If you choose to travel without a passport, then the following is required:

  • Government issued photo ID
  • Certified birth certificate (with a raised seal)
  • Bridging document to show a name change if the name on your ID does not match your birth certificate (such as a marriage license or divorce certificate).

Non-US Citizens
If you are not a US Citizen, then you are REQUIRED to have a passport.

Cancellation Policy

If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.

Cruise & Crop Cancellation Policy
The initial $50 per crafter participation fee deposit that is due with your trip deposit is immediately non-refundable. The full participation fee is non-refundable after the group's final payment date.
