If you'd like to choose your routing schedule, you can choose to book "Air2Sea". These rates are subject to change until locked in. Transfers are not included in the price but can be added. Royal Caribbean offers both refundable and non-refundable fares. If you select a refundable fare, payment can be made later, with your final payment. Non-refundable fares must be paid in full at the time of booking. Flights are customizable and you can choose to book Economy, Premium Economy, Business Class or First Class.

Book the pre-cruise and/or post-cruise hotel through Cruise & Crop / Dream Vacations.

Royal Caribbean no longer offers hotel + transfer packages. Cruise & Crop is happy to help you find area hotels for your pre & post cruise stays. Transfers to/from the ship will not be included. You will need to use taxi/Uber/public transportation services to travel between the airport, hotel and ship.

Book Royal Caribbean Transfers

If you book your own flights, flights must arrive at the Seattle airport no later than 12:45 p.m. on 7/4/25 and leave no earlier than 11:00 a.m. on 7/11/25.  Round-trip transfers can be purchased for $68 pp.

NOTE:  You CANNOT book your own air & hotel (to arrive on 7/3/25) and still purchase RCL transfers.  If you do everything on your own, you’ll have to find your own transportation to and from the pier.  The airport is approx. 30 miles from the pier. Cruise & Crop does not operate or control in any respect the services provided by these companies, nor does it guarantee their performance.

Parking Fees: $29/day for vehicles up to 20 feet in length. You can pre reserve your spot.
The total fee for the time the vehicle will be parked is due on entry. They accept cash, Visa and Mastercard.

SHORE EXCURSIONS
Shore excursions are available to be booked. You can go to Royal Caribbean's Website and click "Before you Board". Excursions can be reserved online up to 4 days before your sail date. Crafting activities will not interfere with your days in port - so feel free to go and explore at each stop.

Book a tour with Viator.com. They have a massive list of excursions. It will be your responsibility to check the departure and arrival times and make sure they fit within the time your ship is in port. We recommend a tour start time of at least 1 hour AFTER arrival. The schedule is subject to change. All classes/crops will take place on deck 13, aft. You will walk down a hallway of cabins before you find the conference center. The conference center has breathtaking views off the back of the ship.

Letter from your hosts:

Welcome Aboard the Krazy Kreations Crafting Cruise where creativity meets the open sea! Get ready for an unforgettable journey filled with inspiration, fun, and new friendships all while sailing to beautiful destinations.

Below is the itinerary of events. We are starting our crafting event off with a welcome meet and greet in the crafting room located on Deck 13. All crafters and their guests are welcome to attend! Each crafter will receive a Krazy Kreations swag bag, a detailed crafting agenda, an assigned working space and an opportunity to meet each of your fellow craft/cruise mates!

During the cruise, we are offering 5 Krazy Kreations classes centered around our theme “Christmas in July”! Each class will have a different focus and/or medium and will last approximately 2 hours. After the initial instruction of the classes, there will be self paced crafting work to complete the projects. Yes, you will have plenty of time to complete projects during the cruise!

The crafting conference room is OUR crafting room for the entire cruise! We will be keeping the doors open to you 24/7, so you are more than welcome to craft in the room when we are not holding our class sessions!

Although we crafters love packing a lot of stuff to work on, we suggest you bring the minimum extras as we will definitely be keeping you busy with your class projects. Suggestions for packing light would be card kits, scrapbook kits or coordinating your projects with paper, stickers, stamps, etc. to eliminate extra stuff. There will not be any crafting tools (die cutting, electronic machines, etc.) in the room. Shopping on board for supplies is also not available - there will be limited Krazy Kreations tools and products outside of the class materials.

What you will need to bring: BASIC TOOL KIT (scissors, paper trimmer, adhesive, tweezers, silicone mat, scoring board, etc.). You will also need alcohol ink markers - remember theme is Christmas in July. We will have a variety of OLO alcohol ink markers for use during the class sessions. Please be aware, that this ship does not allow surge or extension cords on board without prior approval - so we recommend battery operated lighting. Keep in mind that you will need extra room in your luggage to bring home all of your projects!

  • Proof of Citizenship
    • Option #1: *RECOMMENDED* Passport (valid at least 6 months after you return) & a drivers license
    • Option #2: A CERTIFIED birth certificate with a raised seal + a government issued photo ID such as a drivers license {plus, a bridging document if the name on your drivers license and birth certificate do not match - such as a marriage license}
    • Non US Citizens are required to have a passport.
  • e-Docs & Set Sail Pass, luggage tags, Transfer/Hotel Vouchers
  • Shore Excursion Tickets (if you booked your excursions through Dream Vacations/Shore Excursions Group)
  • Casual clothes for during the day - dress in layers as the temperatures can change through out the day and will vary from port to port.
  • 2 Semi-Formal, 2 Smart Casual & 3 Casual outfits for dinner
  • A light jacket in case the crop room is chilly
  • Work-out clothes
  • Bathing suit, cover up & sunscreen
  • Charging cables (for phones, laptops, tablets, etc)
  • Camera & extra batteries
  • Pajamas
  • Toiletries (hair-dryer, soap and shampoo are provided)
  • Tennis shoes & flip-flops
  • Lighted alarm clock (or you can use the Wake-up call system)
  • Royal Caribbean allows you to bring 2 bottles of wine (750 mL) per stateroom onboard on embarkation day; subject to corkage fees. Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted.  These must be CARRIED on! If you put them in your checked luggage, your suitcases will be held in security.

For the Open Cropping times, please bring your own paper, photos, accessories & tools that you'll need to complete your own projects.  Please also bring your own supply of wet-wipes to clean your hands and your workspace. 

Krazy Kreations will be bringing OLO Alcohol Ink Markers and Outline Stickers to share.

**Be sure to pack all sharp objects in your CHECKED Luggage, all together in a plastic bag**
