Crafters add $300 for the Participant Fee. Non-crafting roommates do not have to pay this fee. In order to participate in this conference, you MUST book through Cruise & Crop. If you book direct or with another agent, you are not eligible to be part of the Lickety Split Scrapbooks cruise. A $50 non-refundable participant fee deposit is due at the time of booking. This means the balance of your participant fee ($250) will be due with your final payment.

We cannot accept any checks drawn on a Canadian Bank. Credit Cards are preferred. International Money Orders are accepted. All payments must be made in US Dollars.

Rates are good through April 10, 2026 (or while inventory lasts).  After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by May 1, 2026. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.

There are three dining times on a cruise ship: Early, Late or Select dining. The Group leader prefers Early dining but at this time, it is on a waiting list. Please let us know what your 1st choice is when booking. You will initially be confirmed in 8:30 p.m. dining. But if you want Early or Select, let us know and we'll see if space opens up at a later date. Lickety Split Scrapbooks will work their class schedule around the dining times.

Explanation of dining times:

  1. Early Dining is at 6:00 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night. **Group Leader prefers this option. However, it's currently on a waiting list**
  2. Late Dining is at 8:30 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night. **Only option currently available**
  3. Select Dining - eat anytime between about 5:00 PM - 8:30 PM. You will have different table mates and a different waiter each night. You can make reservations both prior to the cruise and on the cruise. **On a waiting list**
 
Passports
US Citizens
Passports are REQUIRED!! If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew. Your passport should be valid 6 months after the conclusion of your trip.

Non-US Citizens
If you are not a US Citizen, then you are REQUIRED to have a passport.

Cancellation Policy

If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.

Classic Policy - Non-refundable after final payment and, if you are booked with a non-refundable deposit, immediately non-refundable after purchase.

Cruise & Crop Cancellation Policy
The initial $50 per crafter participation fee deposit that is due with your trip deposit is immediately non-refundable. The full participation fee is non-refundable after the group's final payment date.
