Just the Basics

Flights must come into Vancouver, BC (airport code: YVR) and fly home from Anchorage, AK (airport code: ANC)
Transfers rates $25 pp in Vancouver; $75 pp from Seward to Anchorage

Book Norwegian Cruise Line’s Airfare

Norwegian Cruise Line air is the only air booking option that Cruise & Crop recommends. Please call us for a quote from your preferred airport.

Benefits to booking through NCL:

  • Add air now, pay with your final payment
  • Air can be removed prior to final payment without penalty
  • If NCL has to suspend the sailing, airfare is refundable

Within 90 days of your cruise, we cannot add airfare through Norwegian Cruise Line.

NCL only allows for a 1-night pre-cruise air deviation and a 1 or 2-night post-cruise deviation in Anchorage. So if you want to come into Vancouver sooner or stay a while longer in Anchorage, then you'll need to book your own airfare. By booking with NCL, you are not able to choose your routing schedule or airline carrier....you get what you get. Air schedules are provided approximately 40-45 days prior to your trip.

If you do not want to book through NCL, you will need to book your own independent airfare. If you'd like Cruise & Crop to help book your {independent} airfare, there is a $50 per person service fee.

Book the pre-cruise hotel & transfers through Norwegian Cruise Line

NCL is offering a hotel in Vancouver. The price includes a transfer from the hotel to the ship on 7/10/22. But you will need to grab a taxi to get from the airport to the hotel.

  • Marriott Pinnacle, Vancouver: 1-night pre-cruise stay $315 pp
  • Hilton Vancouver: 1-night pre-cruise stay $250 pp
  • Anchorage Hilton: 1-night post-cruise stay $325 pp; 2-nights $545 pp; 3-nights $765 pp

We recommend that you book your hotel stays prior to final payment, 3/2/23. After this deadline, hotel packages may not be available.

If traveling direct between the ship & airport, transfers are available through NCL.

Hotel rates vary based on how many people are in the room. Rates are subject to change.

Book your own air and arrive on 7/10/23.
Book Norwegian Cruise Line Transfers

If you book your own flights, flights must arrive at the Vancouver (YVR) airport no later than 11:00 a.m. on 7/10/22. A transfer to the ship is $25 pp. You can return to the airport on 7/10/23 at 11:00 a.m. to catch NCL's transfer.

Flights must depart from Anchorage (ANC) after 12:30 p.m. on 7/17/23. A bus transfer, via NCL, from Seward to the Anchorage Airport is $75 pp and takes 3 hours.

NOTE:  The Vancouver airport is approx. 16 miles from the pier. Visit http://www.vinciparkcanadaplace.ca/ for a list of Shuttles, Taxis and Rental companies. Cruise & Crop does not operate or control in any respect the services provided by these companies, nor does it guarantee their performance.

It is very important to prearrange a post-cruise transfer into Anchorage or to the Airport. Seward is 3 hours away from the Anchorage airport. Taxis are not available. On your own: The Alaska Railroad offers a train ride departing at 6:00 p.m. on 7/17/23 and arrives into Anchorage at 10:15 p.m. Visit their website to book your own ticket. Check dates & times carefully.

Drive to the Pier (Not recommended for this one-way cruise)

Parking Fees: $24.58/day CAD for vehicles up to 20 feet in length. You can pre-reserve your parking spot and pay in advance. NOTE: Your cruise does not come back to Vancouver!
