If you'd like to choose your routing schedule, you can choose to book "Air2Sea". These rates are subject to change until locked in. Transfers are not included in the price but can be added. Royal Caribbean offers both refundable and non-refundable fares. If you select a refundable fare, payment can be made later, with your final payment. Non-refundable fares must be paid in full at the time of booking. Flights are customizable and you can choose to book Economy, Premium Economy, Business Class or First Class.

Pre-Cruise Crop

Join us in Orlando 1 or 2 days early to crop with take some extra classes with Paige Evans! We'll be at hotel conveniently located by the Orlando airport. And we'll be setting up a group transfer, directly from the hotel, to get you to the Wonder of the Seas on 6/2/24.

Crop + Classes
May 31, 2024 - All day crop with Cruise & Crop. Join Cheri & Sara for a no frills crop. Each crafter will get half of a table for the day.

June 1, 2024 - Morning & Afternoon classes with Paige. Evening open crop with Cheri & Sara.

  • Come for Friday & Saturday (including 2 classes with Paige) for $325
  • Saturday only (including 2 classes with Paige) for $225

Crop fee must be paid in full a the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Hotel: Marriott Orlando Airport Lakeside
Hotel rates: King bed $169/night + tax; Double/Double $189/night + tax. Rates expire 4/25/24 or while inventory lasts. Payments will be charge upon arrival, direct by Marriott. Hotel booking is refundable up until 2 days prior to arrival.

Arrival Day - This hotel offers a free airport shuttle.

Royal Caribbean no longer offers hotel + transfer packages. Cruise & Crop is happy to help you find area hotels for your pre & post cruise stays. Transfers to/from the ship will not be included. You will need to use taxi/Uber/public transportation services to travel between the airport, hotel and ship.

Book Royal Caribbean Transfers

If you book your own flights, flights must arrive at the Orlando airport no later than 12:00 p.m. on 6/2/24 and leave no earlier than 1:00 p.m. on 6/9/24.  Round-trip transfers can be purchased for $75.00 pp.

NOTE:  If you book your own air and hotel, you can return to the Orlando airport on 6/2/24 and catch RCL's transfer to the ship. Call Cruise & Crop to add this Pick-up/Drop-off transfer for $37.50 pp, each way. The airport is approx. 45 minutes from the pier. Parking is $17.00 per day plus tax for vehicles & RVs, including day of arrival and day of departure. No reservations are needed.

Save on Parking
Cruise & Crop can pre-book your parking at an off-site lot and save you money. It's inconvenient to park off site. But if you want to save a little, call us to inquire about this option.

Directions from Orlando International Airport (MCO): This airport is approximately 45 minutes west of Port Canaveral. Take the North Exit from the Airport, staying to the right, to S.R. 528 (Beachline Expressway) East. Take S.R. 528 directly to Port Canaveral. Look for the ship graphic on the overhead signs. S.R. 528 (Beachline Expressway) ends at the pier.

SHORE EXCURSIONS
Shore excursions are available to be booked. You can go to Royal Caribbean's Website and click "Before you Board". Excursions can be reserved online up to 4 days before your sail date. Crafting activities will not interfere with your days in port - so feel free to go and explore at each stop.

Book a tour with Viator.com. They have a massive list of excursions. It will be your responsibility to check the departure and arrival times and make sure they fit within the time your ship is in port. We recommend a tour start time of at least 1 hour AFTER arrival.     • Option #1: *RECOMMENDED* Passport (valid at least 6 months after you return) & a drivers license
    • Option #2: A CERTIFIED birth certificate with a raised seal + a government issued photo ID such as a drivers license {plus, a bridging document if the name on your drivers license and birth certificate do not match - such as a marriage license}
    • Non US Citizens are required to have a passport.

  • Shore Excursion Tickets (if you booked your excursions through Dream Vacations/Shore Excursions Group)
  • Casual clothes for during the day

  • Royal Caribbean allows you to bring 2 bottles of wine (750 mL) per stateroom onboard on embarkation day; subject to corkage fees. Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted.  These must be CARRIED on! If you put them in your checked luggage, your suitcases will be held in security.

For the Open Cropping times, please bring your own paper/photos/accessories/tools that you'll need to complete your own cards/pages.  Please also bring your own supply of wet-wipes to clean your hands and your workspace.
