All quoted rates are in US Dollars. Rates include your cruise and shore excurions.  Port charges are additional at $224 per person. Airfare is additional. Rates are based on occupancy, are subject to change, and are based on availability. Singles must pay a single supplement rate (Category A-E =150%; Category A+ or Suites = 200%). Taxes & port charges are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge if the cost of fuel increases.

 

Crafters add $200 for the Participant Fee. Non-crafting roommates do not have to pay this fee. In order to participate in this conference, you MUST book through Cruise & Crop. If you book direct or with another agent, you are not eligible to be part of the Cropping on the River - Europe cruise. A $50 non-refundable participant fee deposit is due at the time of booking. This means the balance of your participant fee ($150) will be due with your final payment.

We cannot accept any checks drawn on a Canadian Bank. Credit Cards are preferred. International Money Orders are accepted. All payments must be made in US Dollars.

Rates are good while inventory lasts).  After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by 130 days prior to sailing. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.

2023 rates are $144 per passenger. 2024 rates are subject to change.

The cruise line offers open dining. You'll be able to sit with different guests each night. All passengers, once onboard, are also able to make reservations for the Chef's Table.

 
Passports
US Citizens
Passports are REQUIRED. If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew. Your passport should be valid 6 months after the conclusion of your trip.

Non-US Citizens
If you are not a US Citizen, then you are REQUIRED to have a passport.

Cancellation Policy

If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.

Classic Policy - Non-refundable after final payment and, if you are booked with a non-refundable deposit, immediately non-refundable after purchase.

Cruise & Crop Cancellation Policy
The initial $50 per crafter participation fee deposit that is due with your trip deposit is immediately non-refundable. The full participation fee is non-refundable after the group's final payment date.

Your non-refundable Participant Fee deposit is $50 per crafter. If you opt for insurance, the insurance amount will be charged separately. Please register only once for your entire cabin. We will charge your card with-in 5 business days.
