Air2Sea:
If you'd like to choose your routing schedule, you can choose to book "Air2Sea". These rates are subject to change until locked in. Transfers are not included in the price but can be added. Royal Caribbean offers both refundable and non-refundable fares. If you select a refundable fare, payment can be made later, with your final payment. Non-refundable fares must be paid in full at the time of booking. Flights are customizable and you can choose to book Economy, Premium Economy, Business Class or First Class.

Book the pre-cruise and/or post-cruise hotel through Cruise & Crop / Dream Vacations.

Royal Caribbean no longer offers hotel + transfer packages. Cruise & Crop is happy to help you find area hotels for your pre & post cruise stays. Transfers to/from the ship will not be included. You will need to use taxi/Uber/public transportation services to travel between the airport, hotel and ship.

Book Royal Caribbean Transfers

If you book your own flights, flights must arrive at either London airport (LHR or LGW) no later than 12:00 p.m. on 8/4/23 and leave no earlier than 12:30 p.m. on 8/13/23.  Round-trip transfers can be purchased for $191.90 pp. The deadline to purchase transfer is 7/20/23.

You can return to London Heathrow and catch a "pick-up" transfer to the ship for $95.95 pp.

If you book your own flights into Southampton Airport, flights must arrive at no later than 3:00 p.m. on 8/4/23 and leave no earlier than 8:50 p.m. on 8/13/23.  Round-trip transfers can be purchased for $65.90 pp. The deadline to purchase transfer is 7/20/23.

NOTE:  You CANNOT book your own air & hotel (to arrive on 8/3/23) and still purchase Royal Caribbean transfers.  If you do everything on your own, you’ll have to find your own transportation to the pier. The airport is approx. 2 hours from the pier. Cruise & Crop does not operate or control in any respect the services provided by these companies, nor does it guarantee their performance.

70 miles to pier, approximate driving time 1 3/4 hours.

London Gatwick 
Airport 91 miles to pier, approximate driving time 2 hours.

From London Heathrow Airport 
Take A3113 from the airport to M25 (M25 is the London Orbital Freeway) follow signs for M3 at junction 12 - join M3 and head south following signs for Southampton and Southampton Docks. On leaving the M3 take the M27 following signs Southampton Docks. At junction 3 - join M271 and continue to follow signs for Southampton Docks. Dock Gate 10 is the entrance to the terminal area.

From London Gatwick Airport 
Take A23 from airport to junction 9a where you join the M23 driving to junction 7 where you join the M25 following signs for M3, which you join at junction 12 - join M3 and head south following signs for Southampton and Southampton Docks. On leaving the M3 take the M27 following signs for Southampton Docks. At junction 3 - join M271 and continue to follow signs for Southampton Docks. Dock Gate 10 is the entrance to the terminal area.

RAIL TRANSPORTATION:
From London Waterloo Station 
The closest station to our terminal is Southampton Central and a Direct Train Service is available with South West Trains from London Waterloo, approximate journey time is 1 hour 20 minutes. Timetable information can be obtained on the internet at *www.nationalrail.co.uk A one way fare from London’s Waterloo station is approximately $65 (35 British Pounds). The Pier terminal is approximately 15 minutes by taxi from the Southampton train station, approximate cost for taxi journey is 10 British Pounds.

PIER LONG TERM PARKING: Parking at the Port of Southampton can be arranged in advance only by calling locally at 0870.085 6030 or visit *www.abparking.co.uk and make your car parking reservation online. There is very limited space available for cars not holding an advance reservation. For directions to the "Long Stay" parking facility, follow the above directions, however enter the Southampton Docks through Dock Gate 8.

SECURITY AT THE PIER: Please expect delays related to security and immigration procedures when arriving at the pier to board the ship. These procedures have been designed for your safety and all attempts will be made to expedite you through the process as quickly as possible.

SHORE EXCURSIONS
Shore excursions are available to be booked. You can go to Royal Caribbean's Website and click "Before you Board". Excursions can be reserved online up to 4 days before your sail date. Crafting activities will not interfere with your days in port - so feel free to go and explore at each stop.

Book a tour with Viator.com. They have a massive list of excursions. It will be your responsibility to check the departure and arrival times and make sure they fit within the time your ship is in port. We recommend a tour start time of at least 1 hour AFTER arrival. class schedule
The schedule is subject to change. All classes/crops will take place on deck 13, aft. You will walk down a hallway of cabins before you find the conference center. The conference center has breathtaking views off the back of the ship.

Crop room will be open 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Sea Days (August 5, 11 & 12)

Crop room will be open from 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Shore Days (August 7 - 10) depending on Magali's return from booked excursions.

Evening crafting is available from 8:00 p.m. - Midnight is available on request.

Friday, August 11 - Fiesta Day: Pack a flower headband and/or a top with flowers/polka dots/ruffles (think along the lines of flamenco). Be prepared for lots of photos!

  • Royal Caribbean allows you to bring 2 bottles of wine (750 mL) per stateroom onboard on embarkation day; subject to corkage fees. Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted.  These must be CARRIED on! If you put them in your checked luggage, your suitcases will be held in security.

...Crafters Packing List

For the Open Cropping times, please bring your own paper/photos/accessories/tools that you'll need to complete your own cards/pages.  Please also bring your own supply of wet-wipes to clean your hands and your workspace.

Your craft projects will have everything you need for each project: papers, embellishments, stencils and other freebies. You will be crafting with a European flair as all craft products are either French products from ‘Florileges Design’ or British from ‘Aall and Create’. Your goodie bag will include a pot of embossing powder, wet glue and a roll of double-sided tape as well as some useful bits and pieces for the cruise and a Special Gift. On top of that, you will have an allowance of 15 photos to be printed on the Selphy printer.(*)

There will be a sharing table with a Scan N’ Cut machine, a Sizzix die cut machine, a foiling machine, and a Selphy photo printing machine (*) for everyone to enjoy. So there is no need for you to bring anything along those lines.

There is also a mini craft shop with papers, inks, dies, stamps and embellishments.

(*) Please be aware that the Selphy machine will only work if you buy the onboard internet package.

**Be sure to pack all sharp objects in your CHECKED Luggage, all together in a plastic bag**
