All quoted rates are in US Dollars. Rates include your cruise, port charges and taxes. Rates are based on occupancy, are subject to change, and are based on availability. Singles must pay a single supplement rate (200%). Taxes & port charges are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge if the cost of fuel increases.

1 Night Specialty Dining: Enhance your cruise with award-winning specialty dining at Pinnacle Grill, Canaletto, or Tamarind. Reservations and dining times will be available to pre-reserve. Valued $25 - $60 per person.
Wi-Fi Surf Package**: Stay connected throughout your journey. Surf the web, use social media, check email and send messages to friends and family.
*Daily limit of 15 beverages and only includes beverages priced at $11.00 or less. Guest may pay the difference between limit and beverage amount. Package will not apply in Half Moon Cay.

Crafters add $265.00 for the Participant Fee. Non-crafting roommates do not have to pay this fee. In order to participate in this conference, you MUST book through Cruise & Crop. If you book direct or with another agent, you are not eligible to be part of the Stampin' at Sea cruise. A $50 non-refundable participant fee deposit is due at the time of booking. This means the balance of your participant fee ($215) will be due with your final payment.

Rates are good through August 14, 2026 (or while inventory lasts). After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by
November 6, 2026. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.

There are three dining times on a cruise ship: Early, Late or Open dining. The Group leaders will be in Early dining but you are free to select your preferred dining time. Your dining time selection will not interfere with the crafting activities.
Explanation of dining times:
Early Dining is around 5:45 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night.
Late Dining is around 8:00 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night.
As You Wish Open Dining - eat anytime between about 5:15 PM - 9:00 PM. You will have different table mates and a different waiter each night. You can make reservations both prior to the cruise and on the cruise.
Passports US Citizens Cruise & Crop/Dream Vacations highly recommends traveling with a passport! If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew. Your passport should be valid 6 months after the conclusion of your trip.
If you choose to travel without a passport, then the following is required:
Government issued photo ID
Certified birth certificate (with a raised seal)
Bridging document to show a name change if the name on your ID does not match your birth certificate (such as a marriage license or divorce certificate).
Non-US Citizens If you are not a US Citizen, then you are REQUIRED to have a passport. Please also verify with your immigration department what visas may be needed. It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain all necessary travel documents.

Cancellation Policy
If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.

Cruise & Crop Cancellation Policy
The initial $50 per crafter participation fee deposit that is due with your trip deposit is immediately non-refundable. The full participation fee is non-refundable after the group's final payment date.
