FAQs:

  1. When does the land cruise officially start and end? The Crop room will open at 12;00 p.m. on Sunday, October 4 and close at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 7. Check-in at the hotel is at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 4, 2026. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. on your selected day of departure. You can store your luggage in the crop room if needed (before check-in and after check-out).
  2. Can I book the crop without a hotel stay? No. In order to participate in the this crop, all guests must also book their hotel stays at the Queen Mary. All hotel booking must go through Cruise & Crop.
  3. How do I get to Long Beach, CA? Your closest airport is Long Beach, CA (LGB). You can also fly into Los Angeles, CA (LAX). Group airport transfers are not available. If driving, we have negotiated a reduced parking fee of $15 per day. Hotel address: 1126 Queens Highway, Long Beach, CA 90802
  4. Is there parking at the ship? Yes. We have negotiated a lower parking rate of $15/night. You'll pay the hotel direct for parking.
  5. Can you match up roommates? We encourage you to bring along a friend. Non-crafters are welcome. If you want to share the cost of a hotel room, we'd be happy to help you pair up with another crafter (if available). Please post about roommate request via our Facebook Group.
  6. Can I bring additional drinks/snacks? According to The Queen Mary's website, the following items are permissible:
    • Bottled water (sealed)
    • Small snacks that don’t require heating
    • Any food required for medical purposes and medically indicated nutritional supplements
    • Any food required for special dietary needs
    • Baby food/baby formula 
    • Soft-sided insulated bags no larger than 8.5" wide x 6" high x 6" deep 
  7. Alcohol & glass containers are non-permissible. Please refer to The Queen Mary's website for additional information.

  8. When is the last day to register? When all seats in the crop are full. Once filled, we will start a waiting list.
  9. Will there be a store at the crop? Yes. Stamptildawn will have a store filled with all sorts of card kits, adhesive, layout kits, cardstock and paper packs.
  10. Are there outlets available in the crop room? Outlets are very limited and only available around the perimeter of the room. Please consider bringing battery operated lights. Die cutting machines will likely have to be located somewhere other than on your crop table. Bring power strips/cords.

A max of 2 crafters are permitted in each room. If traveling with 3 or 4, a second room will be required.

Nightly rates may vary if you decide to come in October 3 or sooner, or stay after October 7th.

Crafters add $225 for the Participant Fee. Non-crafting roommates do not have to pay this fee. In order to participate in this conference, you MUST book through Cruise & Crop. If you book direct or with another agent, you are not eligible to be part of the Stamptildawn land-cruise. A $100 non-refundable participant fee deposit is due at the time of booking. This means the balance of your participant fee ($125) will be due with your final payment.

A credit card will be collected to secure your hotel reservation. The Queen Mary Hotel will not charge your card until 10/4/26.

We cannot accept any checks drawn on a Canadian Bank. Credit Cards are preferred. International Money Orders are accepted. All payments must be made in US Dollars.

Rates are good through September 4, 2026 (or while inventory lasts).  After this date, rates are subject to change. Crafter participation fee balance is due by 8/1/26. Hotel payments will be charged on 10/4/26.

Cancellation Policy

If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to The Queen Mary cancellation fees as outlined on their website.

Cruise & Crop Cancellation Policy
The initial $100 per crafter participation fee deposit that is due with your trip deposit is immediately non-refundable. The full participation fee is non-refundable after the group's final payment date.
