Choice Air:
If you'd like to choose your routing schedule, you can choose to book "Choice Air". These rates are subject to change until paid in full. Transfers are not included in the price but can be added. In most cases, flights are non-refundable and no changes can be made once booked. Flights are customizable and you can choose to book Coach, First Class or Business Class.

To book your own Choice Air reservation, go to www.ChoiceAir.com Check rates as often as you'd like and then when you are ready...go ahead and book. You will need your reservation number, Ship name (Adventure of the Seas) and sailing date (26CT2019) in order to book. Full payment is due at the time of booking. Once booked, Cruise & Crop will receive notification and we'll send you an updated confirmation.

Book the pre-cruise hotel & transfers through Royal Caribbean.

Call Cruise & Crop for current rates on 1, 2 or 3-night pre-hotel options through Royal Caribbean. These rates would also include your transfer to the pier (but you’d have to get your own transfer from the airport to the hotel the night before). Hotel stays must be booked before July 18, 2019. After this deadline, hotel packages may not be available.

As of 2/7/19, RCCL is offering the following hotels for a 1-night Pre-cruise stay:

  • FLL: Autograph Collection Turnberry $161.74 pp
  • MIA: JW Marriott $150.76 pp

You’d also need to purchase a one-way transfer from the pier to the airport for after the cruise.  This is $15.95 pp to FLL; $29.95 pp to MIA.

Hotel rates vary based on how many people are in the room. Rates are subject to change. {Post Cruise packages are also available}

Book Royal Caribbean Transfers

Flights must arrive at the Ft. Lauderdale airport no later than 1:30 p.m. on 10/26/19 and leave no earlier than 11:30 a.m. on 11/3/19.  Round-trip transfers can be purchased for $31.90 pp.

Flights must arrive at the Miami airport no later than 12:30 p.m. on 10/26/19 and leave no earlier than 12:30 p.m. on 11/3/19.  Round-trip transfers can be purchased for $59.90 pp.

The deadline to purchase transfers is 10/11/19.

NOTE:  If you do everything on your own and want to find your own transportation to the pier, please note that Port Everglades is 10 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport; 45 miles from the Miami International airport. Taxicabs are available at all cruise terminals on cruise days. Shore excursions are available to be booked. You can go to Royal Caribbean's Website and click "Before you Board". Excursions can be reserved online up to 4 days before your sail date. Crafting activities will not interfere with your days in port - so feel free to go and explore at each stop.

Day 2: Sunday, October 27 - Sea Day


9:30 a.m. - Noon Class in the Mozart Dining Room, Mini Album workshop / Planner * Christmas

Day 3: Monday, October 28 - Labadee, Haiti

Day 4: Tuesday, October 29 - San Juan, Puerto Rico

  1:30 p.m. Disembark the ship and meet on the dock if you'd like to join Teresa & Brian as they walk the streets of Puerto Rico

Day 5: Wednesday, October 30 - St. Thomas

Day 6: Thursday, October 31 - St. Maarten

  Wear something fun and we will meet for photos. (Time & Location TBD). Teresa found something simple at Joann Fabrics & Crafts.

Day 7: Friday, November 1 - Sea Day

  9:30 a.m. - Noon Class in the Mozart Dining Room, Photo Wood block & Travel Book Project

Day 8: Saturday, November 2 - Sea Day

  9:30 a.m. - Noon Class in the Mozart Dining Room, Canvas Art & Folio Book Project

If you have not already purchased travel insurance, we recommend that you do. Insurance covers you in case you had to cancel due to a medical reason or death in the family. It also covers your baggage, emergency evacuation and more.

    • Option #1: *RECOMMENDED* Passport (valid at least 6 months after you return) & a drivers license
    • Option #2: A CERTIFIED birth certificate with a raised seal + a government issued photo ID such as a drivers license {plus, a bridging document if the name on your drivers license and birth certificate do not match - such as a marriage license}
    • Non US Citizens are required to have a passport.
  • e-Docs & Set Sail Pass, luggage tags, Transfer/Hotel Vouchers
  • Shore Excursion Tickets (if you booked your excursions through Dream Vacations/Shore Excursions Group)
  • Casual clothes for during the day
  • 2 Semi-Formal, 2 Smart Casual & 4 Casual outfits for dinner
  • A light jacket in case the crop room is chilly
  • Work-out clothes
  • Bathing suit, cover up & sunscreen
  • Camera & extra batteries

  • Royal Caribbean allows you to bring 2 bottles of wine (750 mL) per stateroom onboard on embarkation day; subject to corkage fees. Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted.  These must be CARRIED on! If you put them in your checked luggage, they will be confiscated.

  • Corner Rounder
  • Coloring pencils
  • Brown & Black Pen
  • Tons of your favorite adhesives - various types - wet & dry
  • Pop dots
  • Double-sided tape 1/2 inch*
  • Painting smock (if you want to wear one)
  • Score board * you will be glad you made room for it
  • Wet-wipes to clean your hands and table
  • *Photos for your photo cube - 4x4 photos (please bring your favorite 20 photos that would work well in a photo cube display. Teresa often takes her 4x6 photos and trims them down to 4x4)
  • Photos as desired
  • Optional: Battery powered crafting light

There will not be a store on-board so be sure to bring enough cardstock, adhesives and embellishments.
