Crafters add $325 for the Participant Fee. Non-crafting roommates do not have to pay this fee. In order to participate in this conference, you MUST book through Cruise & Crop. If you book direct or with another agent, you are not eligible to be part of the 1st Annual Travel Abroad with Deb & Big Mouth Scrappers cruise. A $50 non-refundable participant fee deposit is due at the time of booking. This means the balance of your participant fee ($275) will be due with your final payment.

Rates are good through February 23, 2024 (or while inventory lasts). After this date, rates are subject to change. Final payments will be due by March 15, 2024. Persons wishing to pay off their balance ahead of time are welcome to do so.

There are three dining times on a cruise ship: Early, Late or My Time dining. The Group leaders will be in Early Dining. But you can choose whichever dining time you'd like. Dining selection will not interfere with any crafting activities. We will seat crafters together in the dining room.
Explanation of dining times:
Early Dining is at 5:30 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night.
Late Dining is at 8:00 PM - assigned seating with the same waiter each night.
My Time Dining - eat anytime between about 5:45 PM - 9:00 PM. You will have different table mates and a different waiter each night. You can make reservations both prior to the cruise and on the cruise.
Passports Passports are REQUIRED If you do not have one or yours is expired, please visit travel.state.gov for information on how to apply/renew. Your passport should be valid 6 months after the conclusion of your trip.

Cancellation Policy
If one or more persons cancel, the rate(s) for remaining occupants may increase. Should this booking be canceled after initial deposit, said cancellation is subject to an administrative fee of $35 per person. In addition, you are subject to cruise line cancellation fees as outlined in their brochure.
