Air2Sea:
If you'd like to choose your routing schedule, you can choose to book "Air2Sea". These rates are subject to change until locked in. Transfers are not included in the price but can be added. Royal Caribbean offers both refundable and non-refundable fares. If you select a refundable fare, payment can be made later, with your final payment. Non-refundable fares must be paid in full at the time of booking. Flights are customizable and you can choose to book Economy, Premium Economy, Business Class or First Class.

You will need your reservation number, Ship name (Quantum of the Seas) and sailing date (19APR2024) in order to book. 4-Day Pre-Cruise Package

Includes:

  • Transfer from the airport to your hotel, 4/15/24
  • 4-Nights lodging, ocean-view, Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort {$45/night Resort Fee is NOT included and will be paid directly to the hotel upon arrival}, April 15 - 19, 2024

  • Pearl Harbor City Tour (Pearl Harbor National Memorial, USS Arizona Memorial, Historic Downtown Honolulu), 4/17/24 (Morning Tour, Duration 4.15 hours)
  • Chief's Luau Package with transportation, 4/18/24 (departs hotel area round 3:30 p.m., Duration 3.30 hours)
  • Transfer from the hotel to the ship, 4/19/24 (approximately $20 pp additional, details to come in the Spring)

Book the pre-cruise and/or post-cruise hotel through Cruise & Crop / Dream Vacations.

Royal Caribbean no longer offers hotel + transfer packages. Cruise & Crop is happy to help you find area hotels for your pre & post cruise stays. Transfers to/from the ship will not be included. You will need to use taxi/Uber/public transportation services to travel between the airport, hotel and ship.

Book Royal Caribbean Transfers

If you book your own flights, flights must arrive at the Honolulu airport no later than 1:00 p.m. on 4/19/24 and leave the Vancouver airport no earlier than 12:00 p.m. on 4/29/24.  Round-trip transfers can be purchased for $66 pp.

NOTE:  If you do everything on your own and want to find your own transportation to the pier, please note that the Cruise Terminal is 6 miles / 30 minutes from the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. Taxicabs are available at the airport and all cruise terminals on cruise days. Visit https://airports.hawaii.gov/hnl/ for a list of Shuttles, Taxis and Rental companies. Cruise & Crop does not operate or control in any respect the services provided by these companies, nor does it guarantee their performance.

DRIVING:
From Honolulu International Airport to Pier 
Start out going North on Rogers Blvd toward N Nimitz Highway for 0.1 miles. Turn right onto HI-92 N Nimitz Highway for 5 miles. Nimitz Highway becomes Ala Moana Blvd. Turn right on Channel Street (across from the Restaurant Row area). Once on Channel Street the cruise terminal is on the right hand side.

From Waikiki to Pier 
Travel on Ala Wai Boulevard heading West. Turn left onto Lipeepee Street. Turn right onto Hobron Lane. Turn right onto Ala Moana Boulevard. (Hotels along Ala Moana Boulevard start here) Turn left on Highway 92 (Ala Moana Boulevard merging into Nimitz Highway). Turn left on Channel Street (across from Restaurant Row area). Once on Channel Street the cruise terminal is on the right hand side.

Note: If using Google Maps, be sure to search “Pier 2 Cruise Ship Terminal.” Google Maps has mistakenly listed another “Pier 2” that appears 4 miles away from the cruise ship terminal.

SHORE EXCURSIONS
Shore excursions are available to be booked. You can go to Royal Caribbean's Website and click "Before you Board". Excursions can be reserved online up to 4 days before your sail date. Crafting activities will not interfere with your days in port - so feel free to go and explore at each stop.

Book a tour with Viator.com. They have a massive list of excursions. It will be your responsibility to check the departure and arrival times and make sure they fit within the time your ship is in port. We recommend a tour start time of at least 1 hour AFTER arrival. class schedule
The schedule is subject to change. All classes/crops will take place on deck 13, aft. You will walk down a hallway of cabins before you find the conference center. The conference center has breathtaking views off the back of the ship.

April 15 (Pre-Cruise):

  • 5:30 p.m. If you are coming in early and booked the pre-cruise package at Outrigger Resort, join Andrea in the hotel lobby for an informal Meet & Greet.

April 19:

  • 6:00 p.m. The Crop room will open. Andrea will be there to welcome you. The crop room will be open 24/7 through Saturday, April 29th at 6:00 p.m.

April 23:

  • 10:30 a.m. - Noon - Official Check-in. Andrea will have some goodies for you.
  • 10:30 a.m. - Store opens

April 24:

  • 10:30 a.m. - Class #1

April 25:

  • 10:30 a.m. - Class #2

April 27:

  • 10:30 a.m. - Class #3
  • 4:30 p.m. - Group Photo (meet outside Harp & Horn on Deck 4)

April 28:

  • 10:30 a.m. - Class #4

April 29:

  • 6:00 p.m. - Crop room Closes. Please have your items removed at this time.

  • A light jacket in case the crop room is chilly

  • Toiletries (hair-dryer, soap and shampoo are provided)
  • Tennis shoes & flip-flops
  • Lighted alarm clock (or you can use the Wake-up call system)
  • Royal Caribbean allows you to bring 2 bottles of wine (750 mL) per stateroom onboard on embarkation day; subject to corkage fees. Guests may also bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day. Non-alcoholic beverages may not exceed 12 standard (17 oz.) cans, bottles or cartons per stateroom. Milk and distilled water brought on for infant, medical, or dietary use are permitted.  These must be CARRIED on! If you put them in your checked luggage, your suitcases will be held in security.

For the Open Cropping times, please bring your own paper/photos/accessories/tools that you'll need to complete your own cards/pages.  Please also bring your own supply of wet-wipes to clean your hands and your workspace. 

**Be sure to pack all sharp objects in your CHECKED Luggage, all together in a plastic bag**
